Outside of the Frames: Tie Dying

Here are some photos of my tie dying, I did a few weeks ago. Hope you enjoy!!

I love this shirt it reminds me of fireworks.

This is my favorite of the two!! It turned out so well!!

There's actually one more T-shirt but its in the wash, so I will post a picture later.

I am thinking about cutting these t-shirts and doing a DIY. Maybe making one of them into a razor back tank top. What do u think should I leave them or cut them?

Outside of the Frames: Makeup

Yesterday I was at Sephora and picked up, the Bareminerals Wanderlust Topics Collection. I Love all the products in this collection. The product are perfect for creating that topicial sunkissed glow on your face. I love the paisley makeup bag that comes with the collection it sort of reminds me of something from Vera Bradley.  These are my first products from Bareminerals, I am so excited to try them out tomorrow.

Have you ever tried Bareminerals products? What are your thoughts on them?

Have a wonderful night!!

Outside of the Frames: Cooking Delicious food

Last night I wanted to try making some different. So I found a recipe for Artichoke and Chicken. I changed the recipe to make it work, with what I had.

Ingredients for 2 people

- 2 Artichokes
- 1 Garlic
- 1/2 of a medium sized Onion
- 1 Lemon
- White Wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 packet of Chicken fillets
- Tablespoon of Red Pepper Corn

Chicken

First I started off with turning the oven on to 350 degrees. Next I oiled a cooking pan and put the chicken in with a clove of finely chopped garlic. Then I took some montreal steak spice and put it all over the chicken. I put the chicken into the oven to cook for 40 minutes.

About 26 minutes later I started cooking the Artichokes

Artichokess
I took out a frying pan and chopped 1/2 onion, 2 garlic cloves and 2 Artichokes hearts (make sure not to cut off all the meat of the Artichoke) into the frying pan. I took about a tablespoon of red pepper corn and placed into the pan. I cut up one lemon into finely chopped slices and placed into pan. Then I took white wine and put a few splashes in (under half a glass of white wine). I let cook for about 8 minutes on medium heat and then added another small splash of wine. Then let it cooked for about another 5-10 minutes until little browned.

I placed the Artichokes onto a dish, then I put the chicken on top of the Artichokes. I took the cooked lemon from the artichokes dish and placed on top of the chicken. After that it was ready to be served.

This is a wonderful dish that is easy and tasty to make.

Today I started with the beginners video and really enjoyed it. I really felt my muscles working hard to do each movenment. The best part of the workout is, I felt like I had a good workout without any pain.

Outside of the Frames: Skin Care

I was recently at Winners and came across the Korres Pomegranate Regimen Kit for oily and combination skin. I picked up the kit for $16.99, at sephora the kit is $40. I was so glad to find such a great deal.  For some time I have been very curious to try out the Pomegranate line. I was a little bit hesitate to try the line mainly due to the fact that I have dry/combination skin, so I did some research and found that the line is great for people with dry combination skin. So I thought, I would give the line a shot and I am so happy I did because its doing wonders for my skin.

In the past I have used and been using the Korres: Milk cleanser and the Wild Rose-24-hour moisturizing cream. I have used both products for more then 2 years until I was introduced to Origins. I love the Origins line and have been using it up. I use the origins line with my korres products and now have the most amazing skin care system.
Products in the kit:

Pomegranate Cream-Gel- amazing lit-weight cream that smells so lovely.

Pomegranate Mask- Have not tried it yet but I have a feeling I am going to love it.

Pomegranate Scrub- Love how the scrub is not harsh on my skin.

White Tea Cleanser- The cleanser I have been waiting for all my life- its that good!!

Evening Primrose Eye Cream- Perfect for thoughs dark circles from staying up to late.

Now I have found the perfect Skin care routine.
Whats your perfect Skin Care
