Outside of the Frames: Fitness

Since its bikini season, I love to make sure I stay fit throughout the summer. 

Goals for the Summer
1. 10-50 push ups every night and morning 
2. pick out a fitness routine that takes up to one hour
3. Drink at least 7 glasses of water
4. Try Pilates 
Will do a weekly update on how I am doing with completing my fitness goals !!
